Clients can choose whether or not they want to work side by side in the organizing process, or if they prefer to be elsewhere, Moving Beyond will provide a lockbox so the house can be accessed when empty.
Home Walk Through
Get to know who you are working with and create a detailed and tailored plan specific to your needs and desires. Touring the house will help create a more accurate quote, as well as a clear understanding of your boundaries and preferences. It is also an ideal time to give you a lockbox if you choose to move forward with
Moving Beyond.
Cleaning
All cleaning includes high dusting, surface wipe downs (vertical and horizontal), mirrors, toilets, sinks, reachable windows, vacuuming, and mopping with a minimum work time of 3 hours.
Add Ons include:
- Laundry (wash, dry, and fold) $10/load
-Steam Cleaning + $10/HR
-Interior Appliances + $ 10/ HR
-Grout Cleaning + $5/HR
Organizing
Organizing can be tackled together or independently. When working together, you can expect to be aided in sorting out what you love from excess, collaborating on systems that are functional and intuitive to you, and personalizing your space to reflect the best version of yourself. (Recommended for folks who struggle with Chronic Disorganization)
Independent organizing involves creating a system that places like items with each other in an orderly and intuitive manner. There will be no sorting out items (except for literal trash). Items will be labeled if not in plain sight and will be stored in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Any requests will be headed and should be made before the organizing process begins. When the job is over, Becca will walk you through her system and answer any questions that might be had.
Add Ons include:
-Boxing and packaging for moves
-Storage containers upon request
-Donation delivery $15 fee (All donations are evaluated and sorted to go to the best possible places. See About page for more info)
*Materials such as boxes, bins, organizers, and packing material will be an added charge at market price + gas fee at $0.25/MI
Assisted Living Cleaning
Seniors hold a special place in my heart. Life can become overwhelming and I would love to facilitate you in your well-being. I charge half off for seniors living in assisted living facilities located in the greater Lowell area. My focus will be more on cleaning than organizing unless requested otherwise.
Cleaning and Organizing services can be combined
Independent: Items are stored in an intuitive and appealing fashion. Nothing has been selected for donation.
Collaboration: Client and I work together to keep only what brings them joy and practicality, leaving more room for relaxation and creative revelations.
Move Out: Items will be stored in boxes for transit.
